CAN I CHOOSE WHAT'S IN MY BOX?
We have carefully worked with our partners to choose the perfect products for your puppy. Feedback is a gift, so we'd love to hear from you!
CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS?
At the moment we do not have this option, but we love that you want more of our products. Shoot us a message and we will provide you with further details.
ONE OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY BOX IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We're sorry to hear a product was damaged or faulty, we are happy to exchange the product, just shoot us an email with a photo to hello@ruff-dogs.com.
WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope that you love your Ruff Box as much as us. We want you to be happy and will accept returns within 7 days of delivery (all products must be unused and unopened). It's important to note the original postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the return postage will not be refunded.

Gifting

CAN I PURCHASE A BOX AS A GIFT?
You sure can! Ruff Boxes make the perfect present for expectant or new puppy parents. Just make sure the shipping details are the details of who you are sending the gift too.
CAN I LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THE GIFT
Just leave us a note at the check out with the short message you would like to include. We'll then put this on a small card.

Postage Info

WHAT POSTAGE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer free Australia Post Standard Postage for all orders over $60.  Orders under $60 will incur a flat fee $10 delivery fee. Australia Post Express Postage is also available, for those of you who need their boxes in a hurry.
DO YOU POST OVERSEAS?
We would love to in the future, but at this stage we only post Australia wide.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Once you've placed an order we work hard to put your box together and dispatch within 48 hours. Standard Postage takes approximately 3-7 business days and Express Postage takes approximately 2-3 business days.*
*Due to the current COVID-19 saga, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
